Warranty Details:
First Year Warranty
Massage Chair Max will arrange all necessary replacement parts and ship them directly to you. If in-home repair is required, we will schedule an authorized service provider to assist at no cost to you.
Second to Third Year Warranty
During second to third year parts warranty, if repairs are needed, Massage Chair Max will provide replacement parts and repair guidance free of charge. For any labor assistance, we will recommend a service provider, but labor fees will be at the customer's expense.


Warranty for A860 and A696 Models:
5-Year Limited Residential Warranty

Warranty Details:
First to Second Year Warranty
Massage Chair Max will arrange all necessary replacement parts and ship them directly to you. If in-home repair is needed, we will arrange an authorized service provider at no cost to you.
Third to Fifth Year Parts Warranty
Massage Chair Max will provide free replacement parts and repair guidance. If labor is required, we will recommend a service provider, but the customer will cover the labor cost.


This warranty does not cover any damage or defects caused by:
Warranties do not cover any loss or damage resulting from: improper installation; unauthorized repairs; use in a commercial or corporate setting; alterations or modifications of original condition; improper use of electrical/power supply; loss of power; electrical disturbances and power surges; dropped product, including but not limited to remote controls; a malfunction or damage resulting from improper use or unreasonable use or maintenance; damage created by pets, animals or insects; failure to follow operating instructions; transportation damage; theft; abuse; misuse; neglect; vandalism; or environmental conditions (fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake, or exposure to weather conditions); loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; and products purchased or acquired from unauthorized dealers. This warranty is not transferrable. Damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty. Softening/ hardening of foams and filling composites in pillows and pads does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those items naturally change with use. Fading, wear, and pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those conditions naturally occur with fabrics. Natural markings and grain and dye variations in leather do not constitute a defect under this warranty, as no two pieces of leather are alike. Failures of attach points, such as, but not limited to: stitching, Velcro, and zippers, do not constitute a defect under this warranty.
Please note: Pre-owned massage chairs are not eligible for the warranty terms listed above.
Under this warranty, if a product is determined to be unfixable and requires replacement, the customer is responsible for placing the chair in the garage or another accessible location for the driver to pick up. The returned item must be properly packaged; otherwise, the agent will not be able to pick it up.

How to Request Warranty Service:
To initiate a Massage Chair Max Warranty claim, simply call Limited Warranty Service at 1-800-550-0819. Please be prepared to describe the product that needs service and the nature of the problem. A purchase receipt is required. All repairs and replacements must be authorized in advance. Service options, parts availability and response times will vary.
